Merry Christmas!!! Despite the fact we missed seeing our families, we had a wonderful Christmas. Hannah was THRILLED with her kitchen and thinks Santa is one terrific guy.
The kitchen really did turn out wonderful- way to go St. Nick! I know everyone has been on the edge of their seat since October to see the final product.
Paige could have cared less about opening presents- I thought she would at least get in on the whole paper-ripping scene- but was quite content on playing/climbing on our little rocker.
Hannah was more then OK with opening up both her and Paige's presents and did a pretty darn good job showering each gift with words such as "Wonderful", "Wow", "Awesome", or (my fav) "We need this!" Besides her kitchen, she loved her new sparkly skirt, a little bed for Plastic Paige, and some new toothpaste Santa had left in her stocking.
By mid-morning Hannah had all of her presents pilled up by her kitchen and was so dang happy with everything. She even had it up and running enough to serve up some Christmas Breakfast to Dad.
Paige gave little notice to anything (but the rocking chair)- I did get a picture of one fleeting moment with her new doll and a picture of her enjoying one of her new books.
Thanks to all cousins/aunts/uncles/grandparents who sent perfect gifts our way- we loved them all!! We hope everyone had a Merry Christmas!!!
