Why?  Because the bathroom is finished!!!  Sure we have some paint touch-ups and trim work to get to, but does that stuff really count?  I say no.  Here are a few before pictures:

A big shout-out to Eli for taking his Spring Break to help with the tile work...we could not have done it without you!!  Nick, as usually, did an amazing job with the vanity.  (And thanks to me for painting!)  I could not be more pleased with how the room turned out.  No more mold in the tile grout, gross carpet around the toilet, or leaky faucet.  Now there is nothing but peace and tranquility.  One more down...on to the kitchen...
