This summer marked our first round of gardening in Southern CA...not prepared for my tomato plants turning into mini-trees...
The great thing? We have been hauling in a lot of these...
Nothing to do but try my hand at canning salsa. Heather- remember the hours we spent canning applesauce? Salsa was so quick and turned out SO YUMMY!!!
We had taco salads last night and the girls thought is was neat to be eating salsa on our salads we "grew" in our garden. So fun!!!

Home grown tomatoes are the best! If you have any extra bring them on over. Your salsa looks delicious.
