Due to a full day at the beach on Saturday, we had to delay Audrey's birthday cake till Sunday. I decided to try my hand at a Rainbow Cake (Pinterest is to blame.) The birthday girl loved it so I guess it was a success. Next time I think I might try a few more layers...
